Marketplace safety and reporting
CLEFALON is a professional assistance marketplace for working locksmiths. It is not a social network or a general chat service.
What is expected of members
- Requests and offers must describe genuine trade work.
- Advisors state a clear commitment and price up front and stand behind what they agreed to.
- Keep contact off-platform out of it. Sharing phone numbers or email addresses to move a job elsewhere is not allowed.
- No help with unlawful entry. Advisors may decline any request they judge unsafe or improper.
- Harassment, abusive language, and impersonation are not tolerated.
Reporting a problem
Signed-in members can submit a report from the request or consultation it concerns. The report is recorded in CLEFALON's operational review queue and returns a reference.
Never include another member's name, phone number or email — the request reference shown in the form is enough to identify the job.
A report does not automatically suspend an account, cancel a booking, settle a dispute, or issue a refund. Those operational actions require separate review.
If you cannot sign in, or the problem does not belong to a single request, email support@clefalon.com. Leave out names, phone numbers and email addresses of other members.
