This page describes how CLEFALON works today. It is a plain-language summary, not a finished legal privacy policy — a full policy will replace this before general release.

What we store

Your account email and sign-in credentials, held by our authentication provider.
A display alias, your account type, and verification status.
The requests you post, offers made on them, and the resulting bookings.

Anonymity between members

Seekers and Advisors only ever see each other's alias. Email addresses and phone numbers are never shown to another member, and are not included in any notification.

Not enabled yet

Protected text messages between a Seeker and Advisor open only after payment is complete; voice, video and file sharing are switched off.
Card payments are not live; nothing is charged.
Push notifications and mobile apps are not available.
Self-serve data export is not available.
